Children Matter! Montgomery County is a high fidelity service, offered to youth and families in Montgomery County, Ohio.
Children Matter! is here to help Montgomery County Ohio children that have complex mental health diagnoses and juvenile justice involvement.
Our Goal is to ensure children reach their full potential by improving access to care.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization, established in 1979 for mental health clients and their families as a self-help organization dedicated to providing support, education and advocacy to anyone affected by persistent biologically based brain disorders or mental illnesses.
The primary goals of the Human Development Institute are: to provide and train for the next generation of practicing psychologists, to assist in meeting individual and community needs, to overcome human problems, and promote human effectiveness through utilization of the clinical and educational resources of the SOPP.
Children Matter! is designed for children ages 5-11 who have complex mental health diagnoses and involvement with the Juvenile Justice system.
Families are eligible for services regardless of income or ability to pay. The Children Matter! program is free.
Juvenile Justice involvement may include: Intervention Center Services, Court Ordered Child Welfare Involvement, Start Right Program, Nicholas Treatment Center, JCare, Center of Adolescent Services, Drug Court, Cross Over Youth Program, or Diversion
